Sculptural Lapis Dangle Earrings

Lapis is one of my favorite stones to make into jewelry.  It is one of the oldest stone materials used in jewelry making and I can see why. These one of a kind hand cut pair were perfect inspiration for these earrings.  Their triangular shape has been adorned with hand formed gold filled wire. Blue and gold hematite beads adorn the wire.  The wire is hammered to add sparkle and texture. These earrings come with rubber backings.
