Deco Inspired Red Jasper and Wood Necklace

The combination of stone, metal, and wood is classic and sophisticated. My new line of geometric pendants uses this combination in unique but familiar forms. 

This pendant uses a handmade laminate. I use alternating colors of wood, giving the laminate a unique line pattern on the sides.  The hand cut stone is red jasper.  Held together with bent yellow gold fill wire and adorned hematite beads.  The wire has portions that are hammered. The pendant hangs from a 20 inch gold fill chain.
