African Turquoise Drop Earrings

Did you know that African turquoise is technically a form of chalcedony? African Jasper is composed of crystal quartz which gives it an opaque appearance. It also has other inclusions, such as copper and iron, that contribute to its beautiful mottled color palette.

These beautiful specimens are rich in color. Accented with a triad of hematite line beads and yellow gold fill wire.  The wire has portions that are hammered giving them sparkle.
